Youth Advisory Groups 2024 application info session

Applications are now open for the 2024 Youth Advisory Groups.

Join Gemma from the Australian Government Office for Youth to hear about our 2024 Youth Advisory Groups, and ask any questions about the application process and how to write an application for the advisory groups. 

The Office for Youth runs the Youth Advisory Groups program. Youth Advisory Group members work with the Australian Government on the development of policies or programs that matter to young people.

Who will I be working with?

In 2024, the advisory groups will be: 

• Creative Industries Youth Advisory Group, working with the Office for Arts 
• Civic Engagement Youth Advisory Group, working with the Department of Home Affairs 
• Prevention of Gender-Based Violence Youth Advisory Group, working with the Department of Social Services; and  
• Employment Youth Advisory Group, working with the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations. 
• First Nations Education Youth Advisory Group, working with the National Indigenous Australians Agency and the Department of Education.  

Applications are open from 30 October to 19 November 2023.
