Youth BoxFit is back in Lincoln by popular demand.

In these Beginner Boxfit classes, youth can expect fun exercises and routines to enhance their physical and mental health through good music and social vibes. You don’t need any prior level of fitness, these classes are for any youth wanting to begin their wellbeing journey. Wear comfortable clothing and sneakers.

All fitness levels welcome! 12–17 years of age
