Youth Engagement Project Consultation

Do you want to be involved in helping shape how young people's perspectives are embedded into the family violence sector? Then this consultation is for you!

Safe and Equal is the peak body for Victorian organisations that specialise in family and gender-based violence across the continuum, including primary prevention, early intervention, response and recovery. Our vision is a world where everyone is safe, respected and thriving, living free from family and gender-based violence.

This consultation for young people aged 16-25 who:

• Have lived experience of family, domestic or sexual violence or; 

• Have had previous involvement in a youth group or youth engagement mechanism or; 

• Are passionate about young people having their perspectives heard on issues that matter to them

Participants will be given an honorarium of $150 for their time and contributions in this workshop.

Please note that during this workshop, it is likely there will be mentions of family and gender-based violence. Please make sure that you check in with yourself and ensure this is something you are comfortable and safe to discuss.
