Back by popular demand, we’re offering you BoxFit and Spin these school holidays. Beat the winter hibernation and come along to these energetic and enjoyable fitness classes designed for youths aged 12 – 18yrs.  You and your friends can expect epic tunes, awesome instructors and fun fitness movements that will improve your health and enhance your overall wellbeing.
All fitness levels welcome! 12–18 years of age
