YOUTH LEADING THE WORLD (YLTW)

Imagine hundreds of young people coming together across the planet, to tackle global sustainability challenges such as water, energy, food, climate change, biodiversity, waste and plan together how they can create positive social change.

YLTW is an OzGREEN initiative that enables young people to find their voice and become active participants in creating fairer futures. Youth leadership, social innovation and community driven change are key.

PART 2: BE THE CHANGE

Brainstorm ways to create change
Develop a One Planet Living Plan

Develop an action plan to achieve your sustainability vision

PART 3: YOUTH-LED COMMUNITY FORUM

Organise a youth-led Community Forum
Plan the forum and set a date
Invite government, local businesses, parents, teachers, principals and the public to attend your forum
Gain support for your action plan

PART 4 - ONGOING MENTORING

Receive ongoing support as you implement your action plan
