Youth Mental Health First Aid Training

This course consists of a 5 hour, self-paced e-learning component to be completed prior to attending a one day face to face course. Here we unpack mental illness, learn more about its impact on young people and their families and practise how to offer mental health first aid support until professional help is accessed or a crisis resolves.  We also learn how to continue providing mental health first aid when there is no crisis.
