Step into the beautiful outdoors and make a difference on Cooleman Ridge with the Landcare ACT's Youth Roving Group and Cooleman Ridge Park Care Group. Aimed at people between the ages of 15 and 30, this group is your chance to connect with nature and make some new friends! 

About the Youth Roving Group:
The Youth Roving Group is a roving Landcare group that brings together young nature lovers from across the Canberra community to actively care for the environment while fostering a sense of community. This is a chance for the next-generation of Landcarers to get their hands dirty and cultivate their future. 

About Cooleman Ridge Park Care Group:
Cooleman Ridge Park Care Group was formed in 1991. Its volunteers aim to maintain and increase native species of flora and fauna that are local to the area. 
Activities include regular plant management and providing information and education about the environmental value of the Ridge

What to Expect:

• Meaningful conservation work in a stunning natural setting
• An opportunity to meet like-minded individuals
• Afternoon tea provided to keep you energized!
• Some sites can be steep. If you have physical restrictions, please inform us and we will assign you to an easy-access area. 

What to Bring:

• Hat, sunscreen, and closed-toed shoes
• Long pants and tops
• Water to drink
• Plenty of enthusiasm!
