Step into the beautiful outdoors and make a difference with the Landcare ACT's Youth Roving Group and Weston Creek Orchard Volunteer Group. This group is your chance to connect with nature and make some new friends! 

About the Youth Roving Group:
The Youth Roving Group is a roving Landcare group that unites young nature enthusiasts to make a difference in their community. This is a chance for the next-generation of Landcarers to get their hands dirty, connect with like-minded peers, and cultivate a passion for the environment.

About Western Creek Orchard:
The Western Creek Orchard is a community orchard where the old CIT orchard used to be. The group's aims are to rejuvenate the site and fruit trees as a community orchard using organic, permaculture and biodynamic practices. They also aim to support community education on the care of fruit trees, various agricultural and sustainable land management practices. 

What to Expect:

• An opportunity to meet like-minded individuals
• An afternoon of mulching
  
• Help to restore native habitats

What to Bring:

• Hat, sunscreen, and closed-toed shoes
• Long pants and tops
• Water to drink and a snack
• Plenty of enthusiasm!
