Event description

Come join us for a day filled with fun, fitness, and fantastic food! See you there! ๐Ÿ˜ƒ

You can do as many or as few of the activities as you like. Select your sessions when you register.

Kickstart your day with aย Yoga and Pilates sessionย led by the energetic Bree Harrison from 7:30 to 8:15 AM.ย Bree is a qualified hatha, yin yoga & reformer & mat pilates teacher and willย take you through stretch, core exercises and finish with relaxation.ย This session is perfect for those aged 15 and above, but hurryโ€”spots are limited to just 20 participants! Bring your own mat/towel.ย 

After working up a sweat, enjoy a deliciousย BBQ Breakfastย from 9:00 to 9:30 AM. ๐Ÿณ

Next, bring along your racquet* and joinย Tennis with Ben Oโ€™Brienย from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM. This session is open to anyone aged 12 and above, with a maximum of 20 participants. ๐ŸŽพ

Refuel with a tastyย BBQ Lunchย from 12:30 to 1:00 PM. ๐Ÿ”

Finally, wrap up the day with an excitingย Basketball sessionย led by the talented Bobby Cunningham from 1:00 to 3:30 PM. This activity is also for those aged 12 and above, with room for up to 40 participants. ๐Ÿ€

Please also bring along a water bottle.
