Whether you’re a seasoned player or just starting out, this is your chance to learn from experienced coaches, sharpen your skills, and compete for glory! The workshop will focus on improving technique, teamwork, and strategy, followed by an exciting competition where you can put your skills to the test.

Please Note the Workshop and Competition will span 2 days. It is ideal that participants attend both days.
BOOTS AND GEAR ARE NOT REQUIRED PLEASE BRING YOURSELF AND SOME RUNNING SHOES.
Lunch will NOT be provided. Bring your own water and food for the day.
