Event description

Ever wanted to try Reformer Pilates? Here's your chance to give it a go and discover how amazing this class really is! Learn how to use the Reformer and experience a fun session lead by our friendly instructor, in a supportive atmosphere for young people aged 13 to 25 years.

What to bring?
Your water bottle and towel. Wear comfortable exercise appropriate clothes. Note no shoes required for Reformer Pilates.

On the Day:
Come 10 minutes earlier to check in and settle for your class. Head to reception and let them know that you have registered for the class, and they will let you through the gates and direct you to the room.
