Yuki is back : Special Guest - barista Yuki from Koffee Mameya, Tokyo, Japan 🇯🇵

I have a friend visiting from Japan working at a Koffee Mameya where I met him two years ago.

Yuki has worked in Australia in the past and is currently working at one of the best cafes in the world (my No 1).

I love the idea of a barista being the bridge between the coffee and the guest, picking the best suitable coffee for you from a range of dark roast to light roast with multiple international coffee roasters' choose. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to replicate the whole experience of Koffee Mameya but I’m sure it will be good. Go visit Yuki in Tokyo for the whole Koffee Mameya experience:)

In this event, Yuki will bring some of the best coffee from Japan to share with us. Yuki will be using the new method from Koffee Mameya this time. On the event he will adjust the coffee and you will be able to taste it together and explain why he does that. Great opportunity to learn some world level pour over skills. Potentially also have espresso as well but mainly focus on pour over.
