YURT PARTY — Street Party Music

High energy instrumental dance music from Aotearoa, New Zealand. 

Yurt Party opened 2026 with mainstage sets at Woodford Folk Festival, where they were tagged one of the festival's surprise favourites. They've since won Best Band with a Fiddler at the Golden Fiddle Awards, Tamworth Country Music Festival.

They're back in Australia this October for four shows, and releasing new singles from their upcoming new album.

Festival and dance party favourites, Yurt Party's mission is shared joy and connection on the dance floor, leaving you with a smile on your face and sore legs in the morning. Writing original music inspired by the Balkans, Latin and Dub, the band sells out tours all across their homeland and are now coming to spread the love in Australia too.
