Join the YWRC whānau for an exclusive pre-release screening of Pike River, a powerful new New Zealand film that tells the story of the 2010 Pike River Mine disaster and the extraordinary fight for justice that followed.

Starring Melanie Lynskey, Robyn Malcolm, and Lucy Lawless, Pike River honours the 29 men who never came home, and the tireless efforts of families and advocates who demanded accountability. This deeply moving film is both a tribute to resilience and a reminder of the importance of standing together against injustice.
