Z - STAR at Nymboida Hall

Z-STAR (pronounced “Zee-Star”) is the high-octane psychedelic blues rock project of award-winning British-Trinidadian artist, producer, and multi-instrumentalist Zee Gachette. Now based in the Northern Rivers, Gachette fuses garage funk, soul jazz, dirty rock, and disco into a sound heavily influenced by Jimi Hendrix, Nina Simone, The Doors, and Led Zeppelin. The Z-STAR experience  features red-hot guitar riffs, cosmic keys, heavy grooves, and Gachette’s deep, raspy, power-packed vocals. On stage, her transcendental shows have earned standing ovations from rock royalty Jimmy Page and Roger Daltrey, as well as a "Best Live Act" award presented by psych-rock legend Arthur Brown.

Muthaship features a stellar line-up of musicians including the flamboyant Australian drummer Beck Flatt.

Beck, a pixie troubadour, multi instrumentalist, rhythm shaman, and lover of life will start the show with her solo musical project COSMIC CRUMB

Since coming out, from behind the four skins, Cosmic Crumb has naturally slung a guitar over her shoulders, got in front of the mic, and is having the best time of her life.
