Zaidee’s Run For Life is back and taking place in May 2022! Help us raise much needed funds to support Zaidee’s Rainbow Foundation and Murdoch Children’s Research Institute (MCRI).

This year’s event will be virtual and held throughout the month of May. You choose the day/s or night/s, and you get to choose how you participate – run, walk, skip, crawl or hop to raise much needed funds. It is entirely up to you!

Funds raised will support MCRI’s Heart Regeneration Project and help Zaidee's Rainbow Foundation continue its campaign to raise awareness and education about organ and tissue donation.

Event overview

This year’s event runs throughout the month of May
It is a virtual event allowing you to take part from wherever and whenever you wish and for whatever distance your heart desires. There is no set distance to take on - it’s just whatever you feel you can do no matter if its 100m or 100km
Half of funds raised will go towards MCRI to support their Heart Regeneration Program and the other half towards Zaidee's Rainbow Foundation.
This year we have introduced an additional way to support the Foundation and participate – make a donation by purchasing a virtual item to be ‘worn’ during the event.

Fundraising options

Help us raise funds by running, walking, jumping, hopping, crawling or skipping. Get your family, friends, colleagues and/or classmates together and have some fun and help us save lives by raising much needed funds.

If you are short on time or prefer to be less active you can still support us by making a donation by buying a virtual Zaidee’s product. This is another great way to support the Zaidee’s Run For Life without breaking a sweat or perhaps, go the extra kilometre and do both.

Need ideas?

How about challenging a family member or friend to see who can either raise the most funds or run, walk, hop, skip or crawl the furthest?
Get your sports club involved and make it a team effort
Students can get their schools involved as a sports activity or perhaps a challenge with other classes or with their teachers
Businesses can take part too with activities taking place before, during or after work. A great way to inspire and motivate colleagues to get active whilst helping a great cause
Whatever you wish to do, your participation will help save lives through organ and tissue donation awareness education and will support the amazing research that MCRI is doing in heart regeneration not just here in Australia but beyond.
