Nicky Sparshott

Nicky is the CEO of Unilever Australia & New Zealand and Global CEO of luxury retailer, T2 Tea. She has over 25 years of experience in developing and building brands, growing businesses, and transforming infrastructure and culture. She has worked across a broad range of organisations including Unilever, The Coca-Cola Company, P&G and George Patterson Y&R.

Recognized for her depth and breadth of expertise across FMCG, Retail, Luxury, and Ecommerce, Nicky also brings broader based category experience spanning food, beverages, health care and personal care.

Nicky holds a Masters in International Business, which has been supported by significant global management experience across Australia, New Zealand, UK, Europe, USA and the highly diverse markets of Asia.  She is currently completing an Executive MBA in Change, through INSEAD.

Nicky is also a Non-Executive Director on the Board of both World Wildlife Fund Australia & Global Sisters.  She is a passionate advocate that businesses today must drive sustainable agendas that positively impact both people and the planet and in doing so be a true force for good.

The best advice she has ever been given was "when you are dancing on thin ice you may as well tap dance" and that is how she lives her life with her husband Graeme and their two children, Keira & Lachlan.



Cameron Adams


Cameron Adams is a co-founder and Chief Product Officer at Canva, the global visual communications platform with a mission to empower the world to design. 

Since launching in 2013, Canva has grown to over 65 million monthly users across 190 countries. Cameron is responsible for heading up the design and product teams, as well as playing a key role on future product directions and innovations. 

A passionate advocate for sustainability, Cameron has set a crazy big goal for Canva to be climate positive by 2023. Prior to joining Canva, Cameron ran his own successful design consultancy, before joining Google, where he found himself working closely with Lars and Jens Rasmussen (co-founders of Google Maps) to realise the design vision for Google Wave. He then moved on to build email startup Fluent, before meeting Melanie Perkins and Cliff Obrecht and deciding to bring Canva to the world. Cameron holds a Bachelor of Law/Bachelor of Science from the University of Melbourne.

Christine Kininmonth


Christine Kininmonth is a journalist and presenter, best known as a regular panellist on ABC TV's The New Inventors.

After a long career as a TV news anchor for Australian Capital Television, Channel 7, and Sky News, Christine became an award-winning businesswoman, and has since interviewed hundreds of business leaders and authors for a leadership education company.

In 2020 she completed Cambridge University's Business Sustainability Leadership course and is channelling her energies into learning more and telling positive stories about Australian initiatives in sustainability.
