ZCSB Women in Engineering & IT

We invite you to join our Club for a special celebration of women in engineering and IT (WIE&IT). Our guest speaker is Zoe Thompson. Zoe leads resilience initiatives for Thales Land, with a focus on cyber security, critical infrastructure, supply-chain risk and Defence logistics. Her role supports the resilience of sovereign industrial capabilities, including explosive ordnance production, operational technology, business continuity and secure delivery to the Australian Defence Force.

Zoe previously served with the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, including postings to East Timor, Sri Lanka, Kenya, the United Kingdom and Indonesia in roles achieving advantageous outcomes for Australia in the areas of national security, emerging technology and trade.

Our Club is delighted to have a speaker of Zoe's calibre at our November meeting. This is a special meeting as we bring our partnership with UTS on our ZCSB WIE&IT award to a close after an amazing 23 years.
