Join us this week Tues 17th June 7pm for another evening of deep listening, community connection, and soothing nourishment.

I’ll be weaving Eastern-inspired melodies to guide you into a state of deep relaxation.

The wonderful yoga and meditation instructor Lexy will lead us through a grounding body scan, helping you arrive fully in the present.

And the man is back in town, pianist Nowar will also blend his beautiful melodies into the sound journey.

Afterward, indulge in a delicious, heartwarming soup crafted by Kaia ~ nourishment for both body and soul.

Expect a harmonious blend of deep listening, community vibes, and nourishing warmth.

Step into a world of mesmerizing live music as Reuben Doodjarak presents Zen Zone Tones. This one-hour weekly event invites you to relax and drift into richly textured soundscapes inspired by Middle Eastern traditions, performed live by Reuben and an ever-changing lineup of guest musicians.

Reuben’s signature sound blends the evocative tones of the sitar guitar and oud guitar, creating a hypnotic fusion of exotic scales and resonant harmonies. Enhanced with lush reverbs, looping layers, and delicate delays, his music transports listeners on a journey of deep relaxation and sonic exploration.

To enhance your experience, blankets, bolsters, yoga mats, and blocks are provided, allowing you to fully unwind in comfort.

The Heart Place Studio is located upstairs, above Hinata Cafe. To find it, enter the cafe and take the stairs on your right. Follow the stairs up to reach Heart Place Studio. The studio is part of the Fibonacci Centre, a large silver and purple building.
