Let's get lifted.

Join us for "Zero Gravity", an in person sound immersion supporting you in relieving stress, reducing pain, and strengthening your mind body connection.

You will be guided into the relaxation response through Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction practices using acoustic sound therapy instruments such as quartz crystal bowls, chimes, gong, and drum. Notice blocks and tensions wash away, leaving you centered, refreshed, energized, and fully present and connected with the world around you.

Make peace with your body, and elevate your emotions as you are lifted by sound, and supported weightless by zero gravity chairs.
This experience is open to up to 10 people in Zero Gravity Chairs or 8 on yoga mats. Choose at sign up.

PLEASE NOTE! We do have two very kind, resident kitties at this location. 
Also, The chairs are a standard size, however, I do have two large chairs available upon request. Feel free to email me at dhall @ SoundEmbrace.com and I will be so happy to accommodate.

What to bring?

1. Yoga Mat (if you chose this option at sign up)
2. Water
3. And anything that will make you feel more comfortable laying on the floor. (blanket, pillow, bolster, etc.)
