Get ready for a summer of fun and social downhill racing in Queenstown! Thick Thursdays, presented by Zerode, is an 8-round grassroots DH series bringing riders together for a few laughs and progression on the bike.

Whether you're chasing the podium or just keen for a fun ride with your mates, Thick Thursdays is all about bringing our community together for an epic summer of riding.

To top things off Zerode is giving us a brand new trail bike frame to give away to one lucky winner! To enter, simply just race! Every race entry will go in the draw so the more you race the better your chances!

General Info

Racing is aimed to allow participation for all so trails will be picked accordingly
Prizes will be awarded to best dressed each week
Trails will be announced on the Monday prior to the race
No formal practice on the day but riders are welcome to practice throughout the week and prior to the race
All riders make their own way to the start of the trail for rego (No lift passes included)
Race plates are all reusable so please leave them with the finish line timer
Prize giving will be help at a local Bar/Venue

Categories: Juniors (7-16), Open (17-39) and Vintage! (40+) for both Male and Female

Entry Fee: $20 per race (Please sign up online!)

Limited spots each week
On the day cash entry may be available if not sold out prior

Rego/check-in: 5:15pm – 6:00pm (at the top of that weeks track)
Racing starts: 6:15pm
Prize giving and socializing: 8:00pm (Prize giving will be at a Altitude)
