Through the systems of Iyengar, Ashtanga and Anusara Yoga, Erin has learned the necessity of proper alignment, the delights of a flowing sequence, and the potency of our heart’s intention. In her classes, she blends these three aspects of yoga while speaking directly from her experience of over 25 years of personal practice. She has been teaching in Flagstaff, AZ since 2000, and owned The Yoga Experience for over 15 years.
