Join us as Tiffany leads us in Zumba on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month during our Club Night group here at the DSASTX from 6-7 p.m.! So if you want to come in person to work out with us at the DSASTX Community Center or join us from home...we can't wait to see you.

This Zumba class is for individuals with a disability and their siblings. For those joining us from home, a zoom link will be emailed 45 minutes before the start of class to ensure everyone who has registered will get the link.

We will be setting up the Meeting Owl so that we can do a hybrid workout with our friends on Zoom, so bring your enthusiasm, a water bottle, and a towel with you because might need it!

We ask that anyone not feeling well (exhibiting symptoms of Covid or any other illness) please refrain from attending.
