Zumba gold - Free trial class

We are offering a one of a kind opportunity to trial our super fun Zumba Gold Classes with vivacious instructor Catalina Gonzalez.

We have a beautiful community of "goldies" who get together on Mondays and Thursdays to dance and connect! We want you to come and see how this looks and feels like :) 

Classes can be accessed either online via Zoom or at Glow Dance Studio - your choice! We have limited in-person spots so book now!

Zumba Gold sessions are designed for over 55’s who are young at heart and can cater for people with mobility challenges.

Time: 10.00am - 11.00am

Online class:

Via zoom. Link will be emailed prior to the event. 

Bring your friends along! The more the merrier! Just make sure they register as we have limited capacity.
