Zumbathon Glows Crazy

ZUMBATHON IS BACK!!!

We are excited to be hosting our next Zumbathon - a two hour Zumba extravaganza Friday night party in support of a great cause! This charity fundraiser takes place the day after World Mental Health Day, with all funds raised supporting the important work of Black Dog Institute.

Black Dog Institute is the only medical research institute in Australia to investigate mental health across the lifespan, their aim is to create a mentally healthier world for everyone. Their partnerships with people with lived experience, federal, state and local governments, communities, schools, corporate Australia and others in the mental health sector enables them to drive evidence-informed change in mental health where it’s needed most.


The theme for the event is BLACK AND GLOW (think black with brights, neon.... or your personal interpretation!)

You can expect: 

-Best Dressed + Lucky door prizes

-Zumbashop + Black Dog Institute + bonus GLOW merch for sale

-Raffle running up until the event + drawn on the day

-Plenty of Zumba + fun + games

-A great workout + a great time! 

Doors open at 6pm for you to find your spot on the floor, browse some merchandise and buy some raffle tickets - all ways to generate some additional funds for Black Dog Institute!

Attendance is not restricted to members and Zumba newbies are very welcome, so grab a friend and come along for a Friday night groove!

Please note: 

-It is not compulsory to attend the full two hours but if you want to challenge yourself or collect additional donations from your friends and family that can't make it, please feel free!

-The event is suitable for 12 years of age and over

-For non-members, a form will be required to be completed on the day prior to participation in the class so please arrive early. We encourage our regular attendees to share the Zumba love (in the name of a great cause) by bringing a friend!
