Event description

Get ready for an awesome ride with UTS Business School graduate Emma Lovell, the fearless and multi-passionate entrepreneur who kicked off her own business right out of uni! In this engaging session, Emma spills the beans on her 14-year business journey, breaking the mould of a ‘normal’ career and diving into a world of endless possibilities.

Whether you want to:

  • Start your own business
  • Have more freedom and flexibility in your work
  • Travel more, but feel like you have to choose between work and play
    Or
  • Can’t quite decide what a career looks like yet and want to pursue multiple interests

You’ll learn all about:

  • Breaking free from the mould
Ever thought of skipping the traditional career route? Emma's got all the info on how she forged her own path straight out of university. Spoiler: It's totally doable, and she'll show you how.
  • Using your degree in the best kind of way
Emma's not just winging it - she's got a Bachelor of Business degree from UTS majoring in Marketing and PR, and she's here to share how she’s applied that learning to create a sustainable and profitable business.
  • Juggling multiple interests
Wondering how to rock multiple businesses without giving up what you love and getting totally overwhelmed? Emma's got the lowdown on creating multiple, diverse revenue streams and ditching the whole ‘time-for-money’ game. From investing in property to running a pet-sitting business, and even working at Coles during the pandemic, Emma shows you how to make it all work.
  • Dream big in 2024
Emma's not just about business; she's all about dreaming BIG. Coming fresh off the back of hosting a luxury retreat in India, Emma’s found the way to incorporate travel into work and consistently travels the world, visiting 73 countries in the last 14 years – all while running her business! She even takes her husband and toddler along for the ride.

Whether you're plotting your next career move or just want a fresh perspective, this session is your kickstart to an incredible 2024 and beyond, creating and living a life you love!
