Event description

The Armed Athletes Basketball Program- from Armed 4 Life - is delivered by experienced trainers/mentors such as Jackson Pickett! Jackson is an experienced basketball player and an upcoming coach. Jackson played basketball since he was eight years old and grew up in a family heavily involved in basketball in WA for 20+ years. He found his passion for coaching when sidelined with a season-ending injury in 2017, and it has grown stronger and stronger since then.

This clinic goes beyond the standard trainer just focusing on skills. There is a emphasis on attitudes, values and behaviours such as: 

  • Perseverance 
  • Self-esteem 
  • Resilience and mental toughness 
  • Decision making  
  • Team work and more 

Age group 13 - 17

Commencing Week One of Term 4 (Tuesday 10th October) 

Program Duration: 8 Weeks

Time : 3.30pm - 4.30pm
