Join local artist Penny Craig to explore how we can use art and creativity for our mental health. Artmaking can be a useful tool to create a sense of space and quiet for ourselves. This workshop will combine nature and art to help to Tune In and slow down. Using foliage, watercolour and ink you will be guided by Penny to create a beautiful artwork. Perfect for all levels of experience.
Materials and lunch will be provided.
