CANDLELIT YOGA + live acoustic music with CHUCHO BRUNO

Join us on the mat on 6th of May for 60 mins of candlelit yoga bliss with live acoustic sounds by Chucho Bruno. 

Hosted by  Sass - Leader & Facilitator at Art of Connection Movement space to support you living yoga on and off the mat.

Unwind from the week with a practice to invigorate and reset the body, mind and spirit.

Sass will guide you as you move mindfully through physical layers of tension with a smooth and dynamic flow, responding to the body’s natural rhythms to find balance. Then, prepare to be utterly blissed out and find deep release in a delicious, meditative yin yoga wind-down.
