How the day plays out:
MORNING:
In the first 3 hours of this workshop from 9-12 you’ll be stepping out of your comfort zone and into your genius with an overall look at self!
Throughout the morning, we’ll be covering:
* Self-discovery
* Inner child healing
* Human connection &
* Sustainability
Each topic will be explored through movement therapy, meditation practices, and group exercises highlighting our connections to both people and place.
The morning concludes with a powerful presentation on the importance of a healthy work-life balance and safeguarding our mental health.
AFTERNOON:
This comprehensive afternoon will enable you to dive even deeper into the relationships that you have with yourself, others, and the environment, providing simple tools and solutions to live your best life.
In addition to the topics discussed in the morning, the afternoon workshop will cover 3 distinct pillars of balance including:
* Relationships
* Job satisfaction
* And an easy yet profound meditation style that you can take home and use as a life long practice
