    Discipling Youth Symposium: Cultural Diversity & Belonging

    The Baptist Union of Victoria, Centre for Asian Christianity, and Whitley College invites pastors, and leaders to the Discipling Youth Symposium.

    We will explore issues and share stories on youth discipleship in the context of cultural diversity, paths to belonging, and 2nd generation migrant experiences.

    Speakers include:

    Grace Lung (Centre for Asian Christianity)

    Dr Siufung Wu

    Rev Meewon Yang (Baptist Union of Victoria)

    Ps Stephen Tan (City to City Australia)

    When: Saturday 9th September 2023

    Venue: Whitley College, St Paschal 90 Albion Rd, Box Hill VIC 3128

    Time: 9.30am – 4pm (Registrations and Coffee from 9.30am. Opening Session starts at 10am sharp)

    Cost: $15 per person, lunch included

    REGISTRATIONS CLOSING 6pm, TUES 5th SEPTEMBER

    B. The role of 1st Gens in caring for and discipling 2nd Gens

    C. Ministry and mission with and to 2nd Generation

    D. Intergenerational Trauma, Mental Health & Wellbeing in communities
