Festival of Wheels

The Festival of Wheels is a free entry community event for exhibitors to display their wheels. From diggers and tractors through to sports cars and bikes; there will be something for everyone to come and see. Held on the 19th of October 2025 for the first time in over 10 years, we are offering you a chance to become an integral part of our big day out.

We are hoping for a fantastic turn out of all things wheels, so enter your wheels for a great family day out!

Supporting Our Youth: Why There's an Exhibitor’s Entry Fee for Festival of Wheels 2025

We've heard a few of you ask about the exhibitor’s entry fee for this year's Festival of Wheels, and it's a great question. We want to be totally transparent about where your support goes and why it's so important to our community.

First, we listened to your feedback! We've heard you on the cost of entry for show vehicles. That's why we've dropped the entry fee for cars and motorbikes from $15 to just $5. We hope this makes it even easier for everyone to be a part of the day and showcase their awesome rides.

Why we are running this event:

The Festival of Wheels isn't just a day of great vehicles and fun; it's a vital fundraiser for the BDO Renwick Sports and Events Centre. We're a registered charity dedicated to creating a healthier, more active future for Renwick and Marlborough’s young people. Our mission is to get kids off the sidelines and into the game, whether it's on the field, the pitch, or the court.

The funds we raise go directly toward improving our facilities and supporting local youth sports clubs like football, rugby, tennis, cricket and marching. This helps us make sports more accessible and inclusive for everyone in our community.

When you register a vehicle or buy a ticket, you're doing more than just attending a cool event. You're making a direct investment in the health and well-being of Renwick's youth. You're helping us create a hub where kids can build skills, make friends, and develop a lifelong love for being active.
