Join us to participate in planning for a Bendigo beyond petrol! 

• How can we speed up the transition to electric vehicles? How can we improve our public transport? What’s needed to get us walking and cycling? How do these things fit together? 
• Get involved in conversations about how we as a community can help bring about a zero-emissions transport system that is good for business, for our health and for our environment. 
• Hear what State Government, the City of Greater Bendigo and Bike Bendigo are planning for active travel in Bendigo.

Keynote Speaker: 

Steven Burgess – Complete Streets 

Steven Burgess is a change agent for Cities. He brings 30+ years’ experience as a transport engineer and urban strategist. Steven is the author of ‘Complete Streets - Guidelines to Urban Street Design’ published in 2010. He is an international keynote speaker on people places and of course parking, having spoken at events all around the world.

This event will be held on the lands of the Dja Dja Wurrung people. The Greater Bendigo Climate Collaboration will work in partnership with Djaara and Taungurung to heal Country.
