Freshwater mussels have long been over-looked and under-appreciated. Learn about their types, role in the environment, relationship with fish and conservation concerns.
Presentation by Dr Nicole McCasker - freshwater ecologist research fellow at Gulbali Research Institute, Charles Sturt University.
Arrive from 5.00pm to purchase drinks from the bar and view Nicole's freshwater mussel specimens. Presentation will commence at 5.30pm.
