We regularly offer training in inner Melbourne, out suburbs and in rural and regional areas around Victoria.

By registering your interest here, it means we can let you know about upcoming training opportunities and receive our newsletter.

During our three hour training you will:

• hear more about the Rainbow Community Angels, why we started, and what the far right extremists are up to.
• explore what non-violent direct action is and discuss what this looks like at our Angels actions and events.
• learn physical tactics for holding the line when shielding and protecting LGBTIQA+ events including performers, workers and attendees - mobility needs and accessibility is always included.
• meet new friends plus receive a free Angels T-shirt!

You will be added to our Angel Chat Signal Group and notified of upcoming actions at LGBTIQA+ events.

Once trained you might decide you would like to take on a range of roles within the Angels - wing maintenance, marshalling at events, on the ground coordination, risk management or even become a trainer.  

WE WELCOME ALL ABILITIES AND AGES!

If you are under the age of 16 we recommend that you undertake the Rainbow Community Angels training with a parent or adult friend to ensure you are also able to attend RCA activities.
