Talking EdTech in SPS and Salmon Bay K-8

Salmon Bay recently hosted Emily Cherkin for Let's Talk EdTech!, a conversation about the technology and platforms in use across SPS and the myths that often surround them. Many of us left wanting to do more.

We're starting by getting together to keep talking, so together, we can figure out how to take action.

Come join the Friends of Salmon Bay Advocacy Committee for an informal evening to discuss how technology is used in our schools, what questions to ask educators and administrators, and what opting out looks like for any grade as we head into 2026-2027.

All are welcome, whether you're newly curious or ready to make some changes.

Food and drinks available for purchase at Old Stove Gardens.

Childcare is not provided, though children are welcome to join!
