By purchasing a ticket or attending Sunset Sessions, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Tickets, Food & Drinks

• Your ticket includes only the food, drinks and experiences specified for your selected ticket.

• Optional feast upgrades, transfers and other extras must be purchased separately.

• Strictly no BYO food or drinks. Only food and beverages supplied by or purchased from The George Tasmaniamay be consumed onsite.

• Menus, beverages and event arrangements may change due to seasonal availability or operational requirements.

• Please advise dietary requirements when booking. While we take reasonable care, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Age, Alcohol & Guest Conduct

• Sunset Sessions is strictly an 18+ event.

• The venue is fully licensed. Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) laws apply at all times.

• Valid photo identification may be required.

• Alcohol will not be served to intoxicated persons or anyone refused service under Tasmanian liquor licensing laws.

• Please treat staff, accommodation guests and fellow attendees with courtesy and respect.

• Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person behaving in a disruptive, aggressive, unsafe, discriminatory or intoxicated manner without refund.

Event Areas

• Please remain within the designated Sunset Sessions areas, including the Café Bar, deck and lawn.

• Accommodation Pods, decks, pathways and surrounding guest areas are private and reserved exclusively for staying Pod guests.

• Please respect the privacy of our accommodation guests and follow all directions from event staff.

Parking & Facilities

• Parking is available onsite, with overflow parking if required. Please follow staff directions.

• Accessible parking is available—please contact us before the event if required.

• Toilets, including an accessible toilet, are located beside the Café Bar.

• Vehicles and personal belongings remain the responsibility of their owner.

Venue & Safety

• Sunset Sessions takes place in a natural coastal bush setting with uneven ground, changing weather and native wildlife.

• 🦘 We're sharing the property with the locals! Our resident wallabies and pademelons call Mount George home. Please take care underfoot, particularly after dark, and do not approach or feed native wildlife.

• Firepits and outdoor heating may be in use. Please follow staff directions and supervise yourself responsibly around hot surfaces.

• Wear suitable footwear and warm clothing, and report any hazards or incidents to event staff.

Weather, Photography & Liability

• Sunset Sessions will proceed in most weather conditions. If required, the event may move to the covered deck and Café Bar.

• The George Tasmania reserves the right to postpone, relocate or cancel the event due to severe weather, fire risk, safety concerns, insufficient bookings or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Ticket holders will be advised of available transfer, credit or refund options where applicable.

• Photography and video may be taken during the event for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to appear, please advise a member of our team on arrival.

• Guests attend at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety, belongings and conduct throughout the event.

• Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes any rights you have under Australian Consumer Law. Humanitix booking and refund conditions also apply.
