    Event description

Have lunch with us, share your stories and learn about digital innovation.

More than 80% of all businesses in the City of Sydney are classified as small businesses, with the majority falling into one of four industries: Creative and Digital, Finance and Professional Services, Retail and Hospitality and Building and Construction services.

With the impact of COVID, many businesses have been significantly affected, output growth is still below pre-COVID levels, pedestrian count figures have substantially declined and the cumulative cost to the City economy is over $15 billion.

Consequently, it is vital that small businesses and organisations innovate and adapt to include a digital presence to not only thrive but survive.
By having a well-planned and executed digital strategy and implementation program, small businesses can increase their brand awareness, bring traffic to their store and support social connections and help increase sales of their products & services.

This session funded by the NSW Government Small Business Month we'll be discussing digital innovation in small businesses, we'll walk through a digital innovation roadmap and allow you to identify ways to improve your business. This will occur over lunch at Bar Nina in Darlinghurst.
Host speakers: Gerald and Rose, our digital partner.
