Vegan Cooking Italian Style
Event description
Workshop participants will now need to provide evidence of their full vaccination status or medical exemption in order to participate in on-site classes from 6 pm, 29th October. You will need to check in with our QR code and masks will need to be worn indoors. If you have a valid medical exemption, please get in touch asap. All CERES staff and contractors on site have met vaccination requirements.
Eating the vegan way need not be boring or tasteless. In this course you will be shown a selection of vegan dishes…with an Italian flavour!
The meals are simple, delicious and quick to prepare. In this hands-on workshop, you will learn how to make an assortment of dishes and finish with a feast of your own making.
Menu will include:

Trainer Bio:
A bona fide Italian chef, Daniele has over two decades of experience cheffing in Italy, the UK, North America, and Australia. Insatiable in the cultivation of conscious culinary practice, Daniele has his fingers in many metaphorical pies, working as a compassionate chef at the Merri Table @ CERES, Smith & Daughters, and as a pasta maker in Fitzroy, all the while facilitating events in both the home and away at yoga retreats.
