Available for Year 10, 11 and 12 students, parent(s) or caregiver(s) and individuals seeking a career in health, from the Burnie and surrounding communities. Learn more about opportunities and study pathways available at the University of Tasmania for courses in Medicine, Biomedicine, Paramedicine, Health Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing and Psychology.
Teachers, careers advisers and school representatives are also welcome to attend.
Venue: University of Tasmania, Cradle Coast Campus, West Park precinct, 4-8 Bass Highway, Burnie
Date: Thursday 7th March 2024
Time: 6:00pm - 7:30pm. Light catering provided - please ensure you advise of any dietary/allergy requirements when prompted during registration.
Dress code: smart casual
Parking and campus entry: free parking is available onsite - further details regarding parking and campus entry will be included in the reminder email from Humanitix prior to the event.
Please register for the ZOOM ticket option if you are unable to make it in person on the date. The link will be provided to registrations/tickets in case of attendee illness.
Please note: a Health Careers Information Session for students based in the Devonport and surrounding areas will be held on Wednesday 6th March, at the Mersey Community Hospital. Please register via the Health Careers - Mersey Humanitix page if this would be more convenient for you.
