Event Overview

"The Psychology Called Life" program is an engaging and transformative three-day event designed to educate a

nd empower Sri Lankan individuals and families in New Zealand. Combining insightful discussions, interactive sessions, and creative approaches, this program addresses key psychological challenges faced by children, adults, and families.

Day 1- Friday: Inspired by the renowned TV program "කවි දහයට ගී දහයක්", the day will explore 12 songs tied to 12 common psychological challenges such as loneliness, love and breakups, divorce, parenting, and cultural conflicts. Each song will serve as a starting point for discussions on these issues, providing practical insights and solutions to navigate them.
