Event description

(For children aged 6 to 12 years)

Kaarakin is a large not-for-profit organisation with over 200 dedicated volunteers who rescue, rehabilitate, and release the three threatened and endemic species of black cockatoos here in Western Australia's south west.

Join us for an educational session to learn more about black cockatoos, how to help conserve them, and meet a live education black cockatoo - Princess Rex!

This activity is strictly for children aged 6 to 12 years only. Please do not book younger children or children outside this age range. Places are limited and this is a school holiday event.

You do not have to book for adults accompanying children. The event is free, but bookings are essential.

Children aged under 12 years must be accompanied by an adult.

Please let us know if you have any accessibility requirements.

Please remember to cancel your booking if you are unable to attend once you have registered so the place can be offered to someone else to enjoy.
