About the Experience
This session is a gentle sound meditation designed to help you relax and reset. Using singing crystal bowls and Koshi chimes, you will be guided into a calm, restful state through sound and vibration.
The session begins with a warm welcome and short introduction, followed by 40–45 minutes of immersive sound. It closes with light stretches, an optional journal prompt, and time for reflection and integration.
Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, and light blanket so you can lie comfortably and fully receive the experience.
About the Host
Desiree Belone is an artist and founder of Juniper Breez, born and raised in Los Angeles and a nurse of 16 years. Juniper Breez offers adornment handmade jewelry rooted in culture, story, and intention. Desiree is also a certified sound practitioner, offering sound experiences with singing crystal bowls and chimes.
