1:1 Support // Clarence Valley

Need advice on your creative project, guidance with grants and funding or support with how to navigate the arts sector? Book a session with Arts Northern Rivers for one-on-one arts advice. These in person consultations are designed to offer direct support to artists and arts workers in the Clarence Valley. 

15 minute consultations are available with the Arts Northern Rivers team, offering support across a diverse range of speciality areas. 

Please note: The ANR team have speciality areas of knowledge. Please book a consultation with the appropriate team member. If you are no longer able to attend the consult, please ensure you release your ticket so another local artist or arts worker can benefit from the session. 

About the Team


Jane Fuller is the Executive Director of Arts Northern Rivers. Jane has a wealth of arts and cultural experience as a producer and manager across the arts sector predominantly in festivals and performing arts. Areas of knowledge include: performing arts, identifying markets for presentation of work, models for the development of collaborative projects (residencies, creative developments etc), festival programming, how to navigate national and International market platforms, strategic planning, and partnerships.

Dave Burgener
is working with Arts Northern Rivers as the Regional Manager for Music NSW. His work focuses on capacity building for regional touring. In his previous role with Tweed Shire Council, he organised small-scale music festivals, free live music in public parks, professional development workshops and forums. Areas of knowledge include: music industry advice, performance opportunities, professional development, festival programming, cultural planning, workshops, and forums.

Grace Dewar is a Project Manager with Arts Northern Rivers and an independent artist, curator and producer. She has over 10 years experience in the art sector working across artist-run organisations, institutions, peak bodies, and local government. Areas of knowledge: general arts advice, project management, self-organised projects, grants and funding, visual arts, public art, partnerships, and community arts.

Holly McCauley is the Marketing & Communications Manager (maternity leave cover) at Arts Northern Rivers and Co-Curator of Yeah, Nice Gallery, Byron. Holly has spent the last 13 years living and working in the Northern Rivers in the creative industry as a graphic designer and Jack Of All Trades. Areas of knowledge include: marketing, communications, social media, documenting your work, and design.

Sean Campbell
 is the Artist Liaison & Project Support with Arts Northern Rivers and a Project Manager and dancer for MOVE IT – Dance Fitness Fun. He has a background in public relations, fashion and the performing arts. Through his work with Indigenous, community and LGBTIQA+ organisations, Sean has broad knowledge of community arts and cultural development. Areas of knowledge: general arts advice, grants and funding, community and performing arts, and engaging diverse communities in the arts.
