Description
Abbey Arts presents: Inward and Outward
A guided experience with meditative yoga, reflective writing, lighthearted embodiment practice and live ambient electric soundscapes to set the vibe, followed by Spoken Word poetry performances and an intimate show by Kerry Courtney.
This night is a chance to connect with community, feel into your inner world and flow it out through healing movement and self-expression.
What you need:
- Cozy support for your knees: You can use a yoga mat and/or a blanket or any kind of comfortable pad.
- Notebook and Pen or Pencil: We will respond to writing prompts. If you'd prefer, you can also bring colored pencils or any other materials to answer prompts by drawing.
- Clothes you can move around in: We won’t be doing anything physically intense, but it’ll be good to wear something a bit stretchy.
