Do you struggle to get your child into the bath EVERYDAY? "Nooooooo, I DON'T WANT A BATH!"

Do you mornings sound like, "I DON'T WANT TO GO TO DAYCARE!" and we reply- "You'll like it once you are there! What about your friends?!" NOOOOO!

Parenting can be an emotional rollercoaster and we need to develop tools to help us enjoy the ride.

Emotionally Intelligent Parenting is is one of those tools to help parents - to help their children understand and regulate their emotions.

This online parenting program will teach you the foundations of "emotionally intelligent parenting" and is perfect for children aged 2-10 years.

Part 1 - 10am 12pm : Introduction to Emotional Intelligent Parenting & Tuning into emotions

*30 min lunch break*

Part 2 - 12:30pm - 2pm: Empathy - Understanding your child's emotional experience & Emotion coaching fears

*10-15 min break*

Part 3 - 2:15pm - 4pm: Emotion coaching anger and where to from here

This "Tuning into kids - emotionally intelligent parenting" program was created by Melbourne University, it's research based and offers tons of tools to start using right now!

Tuning in to Kids will help your child develop emotional intelligence AND help us parents at the same time!

are more able to calm down when upset or angry
tend to have fewer tantrums and melt downs

This program will be delivered via Google Meet and will explore emotionally intelligent parenting in a safe environment (online from your home or work) and will offer you opportunities for group participation if you'd like to connect with other parents
