Dave here from Pro Performance Cricket. Thank you so much for signing up to our Easts x Pro Performance Cricket Academy. We are really looking forward to seeing everyone who is attending on Wednesday. Our company Pro Performance has been helping the Eastern Suburbs Cricket Club for many years and we are excited to continue that process in season 2024/25

PHILOSOPHY

At Pro Performance Cricket we are passionate about helping each and every player achieve their goals and reach their potential through expert coaching in a fun, challenging, positive and professional environment. Through the game of cricket we ultimately aim to help our players learn, grow and develop into becoming better people. If you’ve had coaching with us before - welcome back, if you’re new to our programs we are really grateful for the chance to help your little legend out with his or her game!! Thank you.

SESSION OUTLINE

We have a nice little group of 15-20 players at this stage and our players will be split into 3 groups within which each individual will be taken through 1:1 and small group sessions focusing on the player's development in a variety of areas including batting, bowling, ground fielding, catching (short and long) and throwing. We will be tailoring the session to the requirements and age / ability of each of our players to make sure everyone is challenged at the appropriate level.

I'll be there to take our group today. As a former NSW First Class Player and I'm looking forward to sharing my skills and knowledge with our group along with my team of coaches that will be helping throughout the program.

All our coaches are CA qualified and are excited about putting everyone through their paces.

WHAT TO BRING: Cricket gear, sunscreen, hat, snacks, water, we will have extra sunscreen if required.

TIMES: We will be at Waverley Oval from 4:30pm setting up and we will be starting the program and coaching at 5pm and run through to 6:00pm.

WET WEATHER

If we are unlucky with any wet weather I will be in touch around 2pm to make a call either way.
