Event Information:

This event will be livestreamed via the Community Networks YouTube channel.

Join us for a lively and thought-provoking conversation about the future of Aotearoa’s community and voluntary sector. Drinks and nibbles will be provided from 4:30pm for a 5:00pm panel start.

Community Networks Aotearoa (CNA) invites you to a special Political Panel that goes a step beyond the usual discussion—bringing politicians together to respond directly to the realities and challenges facing our sector. With the next general election approaching, this is your opportunity to hear what each party is prioritising and what it could mean for your organisation.

Our panel features (in alphabetical order):

Mike Davidson (Greens), Andy Foster (NZ First), Dr. Kayla Kingdon-Bebb (TOP), Laura McClure (ACT), Dana Kirkpatrick (National), and Helen White (Labour)) offering a broad mix of perspectives from across the political landscape. Te Pāti Māori party was unable to join the panel.

Guiding the discussion is Jehan Casinader, who will ask insightful questions and encourage a candid exchange of ideas, helping to unpack each party’s plans, priorities, and vision for the community and voluntary sector.

This is more than just a panel discussion. It’s a chance to stay informed, ask questions, and be part of a conversation that directly impacts the work you do.

If you’re involved in a charity, Not-for-Profit, iwi organisation, or community group, don’t miss this opportunity to engage with the issues that matter most and hear directly from those shaping the road ahead.
