About this Event
Tech Ready Women (TRW), Australia’s leading champion for women entrepreneurs, and Scalare Partners, with the support of Investment NSW, are proud to present ‘1 to 1000 Customers: Accelerating Growth for Women Entrepreneurs’. This International Women’s Day event dedicated to empowering women-led businesses achieve what they need most: their first customers, and the pathway to 1000 more.
Aligned with the International Women's Day theme, "Accelerate Action", this event focuses on driving real growth for women entrepreneurs. By fostering impactful connections and strategies, we aim to help women accelerate their journey to success, advancing gender parity in the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Join us for a 4-hour morning event with lunch included to:

Lauren Calautti, Growth expert, Sales Strategist & Coach
Lauren Calautti is an accomplished enterprise sales professional with a strong track record at top companies like Gartner and Telstra, known for her ability to attract and retain clients across industries. Notably, she drove 50% growth for an Asia Pacific business unit in just 12 months. Now focused on Leadership Coaching, Lauren helps CEOs and entrepreneurs build effective sales systems, blending coaching and teaching techniques. An accredited coach (ACC) with expertise in The Challenger Model, she is recognized for her personable yet effective negotiating style and her belief that sales is a key skill for successful leaders.

Christie Whitehill, Founder of Tech Ready Women and Co-Founder of INTU Wellness
Christie Whitehill, founder of Tech Ready Women, launched an award-winning program to bridge the gender gap in tech entrepreneurship, leveraging her 15 years of experience to upskill female founders. Her program quickly gained industry recognition, winning Accelerator of the Year 2017 and securing government funding, before being sold to Scalare Partners in 2024. A thought leader in tech, Christie has led the development of over 20 products, co-founded INTU WELLNESS, and established partnerships across various sectors. She also balances her entrepreneurial ventures with raising her two children, Zac, 6, and Ava, 3.
Jess Ruhfus, Founder & Director at No.2
Jess Ruhfus is a marketing expert who founded and exited Collabosaurus, a partnerships platform that connects over 10,500 brands like ASOS, Estée Lauder, Walmart & Disney’s Frozen the Musical. She’s now building No.2 Co, a stylish bathroom fragrance to replace ugly, synthetic aerosol cans. Since building full time, she has grown No.2 Co’s revenue by 7 x in 7 months, and the product has been featured in Apartment Therapy, Forbes, SMH, FOX LA & Broadsheet.
