5 Realization Process Workshops on Embracing Wholeness, Presented by Sono Hashisaki

Embracing Wholeness is a monthly workshop series focused on experiencing the wholeness of our lives from deep contact with a subtle dimension of ourself to full engagement with family, friends and community. We’ll use meditation and movement exercises from Realization Process, work with our family systems, and explore the generative possibilities of collectively working together to contribute to greater wholeness to all the realms that make up our lives today.

Workshop 1: Deep Self, Emergent Self
October 19, 2024 at Fremont Abbey

In this workshop we will contact a subtle dimension of ourselves that is a foundation for deep peace and presence in ourselves, our relationships and the outer world. We can experience stillness at our deepest core by inhabiting the body. Realization Process meditation and movement practices will help us make deep contact with ourselves in our bodies. We will attune to the subtle circuitry of the body as an entranceway to fundamental or universal consciousness. With this foundation of embodied non-dual consciousness, we will explore the changes happening in our lives today, both challenging and aspirational, and bring this greater wholeness to our emergent selves. This workshop is accessible for people of all physical abilities and backgrounds.
